Every March, Globe Life runs its March Madness contest for its sales force. The month is filled with high-stakes prizes, massive bonuses, and other incentives.
Company-Wide Contest
The best of the best from each organization are put head-to-head in a bracket-style elimination contest.
Divided into two groups, rookie producers and veteran producers, each person is seeded based on the net amount of business they wrote. Matchups last a week and are determined by whoever writes more business.
Our Contest
The GA Gerstein Organization's contest is simple. The more business you write, the bigger your bonus gets.
There are benchmarks in business written that can earn agents a higher increment in their bonus.
